Tell us just a little about any wedding packages you offer
We aim to offer an all-inclusive wedding package that takes care of the main items of necessity and allowing our couples to focus on the detail and make the day personal to them.
Do you have in-house catering, or preferred suppliers or are couples free to choose their own caterers?
We do have a team of in-house chefs that allow us to guarantee the quality of food and meal service at every wedding. It also means that, although we offer menus for couples to choose from, we can also try to incorporate any bespoke requests of the couple.
With the exception of catering and fireworks couples are welcome to choose any other suppliers they wish! We have to ask for public liability and PAT testing but any reputable supplier will have this to hand any way. We have a selection of recommended suppliers to help our couples get started but these are not mandatory.
Can couples supply their own alcohol for the evening? Is there a corkage fee?
No, we do take care of all the catering including a dedicated Bar & Beverage Manager.
Are couples completely free to choose their own wedding entertainment & do you have a specific sound system?
Of course! We include an exceptional wedding DJ so the pressure to source their own is off but live music makes a wedding and we welcome couples to bring in suppliers.
Do you offer accommodation on site? If so, for how many guests?
There are 23 luxurious bedrooms in the house including the unrivalled Rococco Bridal Suite that has to be seen to be believed!
Do you have an in-house wedding co-ordinator?
Yes, all wedding packages include a Personal Wedding Manager to help plan and oversee the smooth running of the day.
How far in advance can couples or their wedding stylist, florist etc have access to the venue in order to decorate it?
Suppliers can arrive on the morning of the wedding and we have a large team of staff on hand to make sure it all looks picture perfect.
Do you have gardens or an outdoor area for wedding photographs?
Yes, Gosfield Hall offers grounds in excess of 10 acres with manicured lawns, inner courtyard and fountain.
What’s your best advice to couples when choosing their perfect wedding venue?
We believe that our couples fall in love with our venue just like they fall in love with each other! Butterflies in your tummy and a big grin on your face tell you everything you need to know!
And finally, what are your favourite moments from previous wedding you’ve been involved with?
Each and every wedding at Gosfield Hall is completely different so it is impossible to choose! We love taking a couples vision and helping them make it a reality.
