Do couples & their wedding party have exclusive use of your venue?

We have 11 lifestyles studios in total, so we can’t promise you’ll be the only people on site, however, our dedicated team will make sure everything is perfect.

Venue capacity – How many guests can attend the day ceremony, if applicable, wedding breakfast &the evening reception?

Capacity can vary depending on the studio and we can provide information for each on request however the maximum we can seat for Ceremony is 180, 150 for dining and 200 for the evening party! If your party extends this amount we can accommodate you by adding more studios to your journey as they interlink.

Tell us just a little about any wedding packages you offer

Our ‘Complete Package’ is inclusive of; Chairs & Tables for up to 150 – both ceremony and dinner, Poseur tables & Stools, Stereo & DJ booth, Uplighters, Silent disco, a Photobooth, security and we’ll deal with the Cleaning & Waste removal so you don’t have to worry about this! You’ll be able to visit the site several times for the big day and you’ll have your very own wedding producer on site during with day plus a staff member to ensure everything runs as smooth as possible.

If you decide you say ‘I Do’ at another location, the package will be inclusive of the same, minus the hire of the additional Ceremony room and equipment needed for this.

Do you have in-house catering, or preferred suppliers or are couples free to choose their own caterers?

Yes, we have prefered suppliers that we trust that can create bespoke menus to suit you and your guests tastes. We’ve had fantastic feedback and we use them for most of our photo shoots! We allow our guests to bring their own catering however there is a fee involved.

Can couples supply their own alcohol for the evening? Is there a corkage fee?

Yes, guests are free to bring as much alcohol as they like with no corkage fee, the only restriction being that it can not be sold as we don’t have a license for that.

Are couples completely free to choose their own wedding entertainment & do you have a specific sound system?

We have a built in sound system in SOHO where evening parties will take place at Wimborne House and we can provide kit from our equipment department if it’s needed. We do ask that guests confirm any outside entertainment with us before booking – we like to keep our neighbours happy!

Do you offer accommodation on site? If so, for how many guests?

Although we know our spaces would be dreamy to spend the night, that isn’t something we offer right now but maybe one day?

Do you have an in-house wedding co-ordinator?

Yes, we have a dedicated team to ensure your vision is brought to life perfectly.

Do you have gardens or an outdoor area for wedding photographs?

Wimborne House has a rooftop with incredible views of the London skyline which can be accessed for wedding photographs and Perseverance Works is situated in a secluded oasis courtyard, perfect for those romantic snaps! We recommend taking these pictures before it gets dark as no lighting is permitted in these areas.

What’s your best advice to couples when choosing their perfect wedding venue?

Research, research, research – A chic city wedding is perfect for many couples, but you have to be prepared to search for suppliers and don’t always stick to the first one you find and communication really is key! We’d rather hear from you constantly running up to the day to make sure everything is perfect on your special day.

Any finally, what are your favourite moments from previous wedding you’ve been involved with?

When we receive feedback like this…

“Planning my wedding wasn’t exactly my favourite thing to do – especially when our original venue fell through just before we were about to send out the invitations! Searching for a new venue felt so daunting I was almost at the point where I wanted to cancel the whole thing, that’s until we came across the Loft at Wimbourne House – it was absolutely perfect! A super stylish space with the boho charm that we craved.

Upon meeting Hannah (who managed our wedding booking) I knew that this was the right choice – she made me feel totally at ease straight away and in the months that led up to the big day she was always super patient when it came to my lengthy emails and countless questions. The day itself was amazing and all the guests commented on the venue and how cool it was.

The catering firm that Hannah recommended were incredible too and the food was delicious – as a bride you are told you won’t get a chance to eat but I made sure I did it was too good not to! Looking back I am so happy that the first venue did fall through as I know my wedding would not have been half as special if it hadn’t of happened at the Studio Loft.
