Wed In Central Park
Central Park, New York, what an iconic location for a wedding. If this is your dream wedding venue and if you’re wondering just how to go about planning your wedding in such a fabulous setting, then Claire’s business Wed in Central Park is one you must check out.
Wed in Central Park is dedicated to providing you with a completely personalised wedding planning service to guide you through everything you need to know and arrange, in order to turn your dream Central Park wedding into reality.
In her really readable and informative Supplier Edit post, we asked Claire to tell us a little more about her business. Here’s how she described what she does:
“Since 2012 I have been running a small business planning weddings for couples who want to get married in New York’s Central Park. I have two children, aged three years old and eighteen months old, and I run the business around caring for my kids. It works really well because the hours are very flexible.
I offer a choice of wedding packages, from just the basics needed to quite a comprehensive set of services for a wedding ceremony in Central Park. I book the officiant, photographer, videographer, flowers, musician, and so on for the couples, and write their wedding ceremony for them. I have planned around one hundred and eighty weddings to date.”

Our Wedding Officiant NYC
A couple of moths ago on the blog we were delighted to introduce you to Peter Boruchowitz, owner of Our Wedding Officiant NYC. Utterly charming and totally original were my first thoughts when I read through Peter’s answers to our Supplier Edit questions.
In Peter’s words “As your officiant, I will create a Wedding Ceremony that reflects your relationship, as you define it. I am passionate that each Wedding Ceremony is as distinctive as each couple.”
For anyone looking to wed in New York, Peter has a wealth of information to share on his site. What really shines through is that with so much experience and such an inclusive welcoming attitude, Peter will do all he can to make your big day in the Big Apple a relaxed one, and the very best it can possibly be.
This is how Peter describes his services:
“I am the owner of Our Wedding Officiant NYC. I specialize in custom wedding ceremonies that reflect the style, cultures and relationship of each individual couple. I’ve been lucky enough to officiate weddings for couples from all over the world in the city that I love.
I’ve spent my whole life in New York City. I’ve been a big fan of Broadway ever since my parents brought me as a child to the Majestic Theater to see Julie Andrews, Richard Burton and Robert Goulet in Camelot, a love story. I’m fortunate to have enough friends who work in the theater that I get to attend a lot Broadway openings and special events.”
