The Hire Supplier, based in Bristol & serving the surrounding area specialise in 5ft handmade illuminated LOVE light up marquee letters, candy carts and other vintage venue props. All this is such great news if you’re looking for one or two really stand out pieces to decorate your venue and really personalise your big day celebrations.
We’re also impressed with The Hire Supplier’s easy to access transparent pricing policy, which means that right from the outset, just by checking out their site you know where you stand regarding the cost of each item.
You really enjoyed The Supplier Edit post earlier in the year where we chatted to Shannon who runs this unique business with her husband Tom. We’re back now for a quick catch up and we’ll hand you over to Shannon to tell you about their new products and plans for the next twelve months.

What have you been up to since we last spoke?
Since our last chat we have been flat out in our supplier workshop re-vamping our old vintage candy cart into our new pick’n’mix cart, we’ve built our Donut Wall and just released our Popcorn Bar too!
We’ve been exhibiting at Fayres around the South West and are currently in the process of planning our next major piece, due to be ready early 2018.
What are your stand-out moments since our last chat?
We’ve come leaps and bounds since our last chat, the business has really picked up and 2018 is looking extremely busy for us now so stand out moments are all those times we get to take another booking and know the hard work actually does pay off if you really throw yourself at something you love!
What do you have planned for the next 12 months?
The next 12 months are lining up to be a busy year for us at The Hire Supplier. Summer 2018 is already flat out for us and we’re really excited about being able to visit some new venues in the New Year with some of our new items!
We have plans for another hire piece in early 2018 and from there we hope to be able to offer a huge all round package to Brides and Grooms!
Girl gets Wed are planning to launch an online wedding shop in 2018. Would you be interested in selling through us? If so, what products would you like to offer our readers/customers?
It can sometimes be hard for me to sell my things online as some of them are customisable and the price isn’t always the same but its something we are looking into and would consider.
